At Nyxora, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

No Exceptions We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery
  • Delayed shipments due to courier or customs delays

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop.nyxora@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
